MCAF have over 30 years experience in supplying the Defence Industry with a wide range of Nuclear, Biological and Chemical air filters. These filters have been used in Armoured Fighting Vehicles, Warships, Land Based Command Centres and Unhardened Collective Protection Systems.
Our works are equipped with the specialised tools, filling rigs and test equipment necessary to manufacture these filters to the highest possible standards of reliability, performance, efficiency and integrity – as demanded by the Ministry of Defence and defence contractors. These facilities, where the design allows, are also used for refilling and long term repackaging of time expired carbon filters.
MCAF have the capability to design for new applications and in response to world-wide defence market demands, provide a unique ‘reverse engineering’ service for the manufacture and supply of filters no longer readily available.
