Filter Housings and Systems
MCAF has developed an extensive range of filter housings, both fixed and mobile, for use in many applications.
Filtration systems are designed and manufactured in-house at MCAF. Our designers use the latest 3D CAD modelling software to allow fully integrated design from individual filter housings up to high volume, multi filter, ventilation systems. The extensive experience of MCAF designers allows them to work with customers to understand specific requirements and rapidly devise innovative solutions to all air filtration problems. As a part of the design process, production of 3D renderings allows customers to visualise the final product from various angles.
Utilising the benefit of having design, QA and fabrication facilities at one site leads to a rapid and flexible response to customer requirements. Fabrications are completed by fully coded welders in accordance with quality assurance procedures. These procedures also incorporate pressure testing, radiography/dye penetrant testing and lifetime quality records.
